CHAIRMAN'S STATEMENT

"Our company is dedicated to producing events with sought, incisive content delivered in experiential style. We do not define ourselves according to conference industry practices since our survey results from clients and attendees report a great deal of dissatisfaction toward previous events. Among our many new practices are the following:

  • We generate revenue from all participants to avoid the clash of participants, between those who finance a segment who gains from participation at no cost, often their competitors; however, we encourage these participants to seek sponsors for submission to us. We choose keynotes from our rich participants pool for this reason.
  • The traditional exhibiting model is inadequate in meeting the needs of exhibitors; so we ensure that all exhibitors optimize their value by presenting on stage for 7 minutes and we record their presentation digitally for wide dissemination on the web. Now their reach extends from a few thousand to tens of thousands.
  • Exhibitors who present soft services and wish to avoid booth set-up expense can meet customers in the exhibit floor's Hospitality Suite
  • We also seek to end the practice of suppliers who demand financial favors from our participants by vetting and rejecting such suppliers.
  • We will not pump up our numbers with a myriad of tactics that in the end cannot be substantiated to sponsors and exhibitors. The latter seek relevant audiences with buying power; hence, every event we produce is preceded with a 3-month, live Attendance Campaign. We seek to be recognized for our transparency and integrity.

In the end, if our events are successful and financially rewarding it provides an exceptional marketing vehicle for all participants. Events are now returning as a higher, successful marketing initiative under the practice of Experiential Marketing; however, trade events have been slow to follow this new practice. All events must migrate to this new, fresh direction, parting with old ways."
